Using fingerprint ID to log in NEVER works. Always says "Incorrect response from server. Try again later." Also, whenever I try to use LastPass to log in, the mSave app crashes. Having to log into the app every single time is so obnoxious, and it's exacerbated by having to open the app, unlock LastPass, have the mSave app crash, open it back up again, copy the password from the LastPass window, then paste in the password to finally log into mSave. Such a frustrating experience.

Within the app I cannot enlarge notification letters. This is so frustrating! Not user friendly at all! Still find this website frustrating: it is SUPER slow. It is asking me for a receipt and I cannot locate the action to add a receipt. And still can't enlarge documents in the app. Downgrading to a single star

Trying to log into app and it keeps bouncing around and spinning, not allowing me to continue. No way to contact support to try to fix this. Horrible experience
